CalNet Retiring Use of Telephone Calls for 2-Step

On Jan. 12, 2022, we will be retiring the use of telephone calls as an option for completing CalNet 2-Step. 

What do I need to do?

If you ONLY use telephone calls to complete your 2-Step you must convert to a different verification option as soon as possible. We offer several alternatives for completing 2-Step verification and you can set up multiple devices. In fact, we recommend that you enroll at least two verification devices. Once you move off phone calls to one of the below options, we will remove you from future communications, so sign up today!
