CalNet is the campus gateway to many online services. The CalNet system plays a key role as a central authentication and directory service for the electronic architecture of the campus. Users must abide by applicable policies governing the use of campus computers and networks. Online services accessed through CalNet may have additional conditions for use. Each CalNet Directory attribute has an owner whose permission must be obtained before an application may use that data.
