- Dept. - Includes all active employees in a department, determined by employee job record

- All Faculty - Includes all active employees with affiliation = Employee Type Academic, excluding academic students such as GSIs
- All Academic - Includes all active employees with employee type = F
- Staff
- All Staff - Includes all active employees with employee type = S
- Professional - Includes all active employees who are not student employees
- Student - Includes all active student employees
- All Employees - Includes all active employees in the official All Academic and All Staff groups
- Professional-Employees - Includes all active academic and staff employees who are not student employees
- Managers - Includes all active employees with Employee Relations Code = A or B
- Supervisors - Includes all active employees with Employee Relations Code = C or D

- Undergrad Students - Includes active undergraduate students with Student UG Code = U, excluding summer sessions students
- Current-Campus-Community - Includes all active employees, students, consultants, visiting scholars, LBL or OP staff with a campus appointment, volunteers, researchers, student researchers, Post Docs, temp agency employees, committee members, staff of affiliated organizations, concurrently enrolled students and contractors
